After losing seven auctions in a row, underdog flippers David and Ivana fight hard for a house. It's waterfront property, but will an unexpected leak wash away their profits? These flippers go all in–risking hundreds of thousands of dollars on a high-end renovation.

The latest property at auction has lots to offer, from a great location to a pool in the backyard. But when Gene and Angelo defeat the competition and purchase the property, they learn that the house also includes a leaky roof, a colony of cockroaches and a couple of feral cats. What looked like an easy flip becomes a challenging renovation, but Gene and Angelo are determined to turn the property around and make a profit that their competition will envy.
