Four in a Bed is a British reality television game show that has been airing on Channel 4 since 22 November 2010. The show involves four B&B owners, who take turns to stay with one another - and pay what they consider fair for their stay. The winner is the establishment named best value for money.
The first venue of the 2026 run is Hoopers Sandy Beach Guest Rooms in Swansea, where the owner shows off the view with a watercolour masterclass on the beach.
Steve Clarke and his friend Andrew host the week's second visit at Cae Court Hotel in Bridgend. The B&Bers all judge the book by its cover when they're wowed by the hotel's stunning exterior - but it turns out the décor inside isn't quite as alluring for one set of guests. Things get back on track in the morning, when a Spanish-themed breakfast has most of the guests raising a tostada to the great grub.
Shaun and Sarah invite the B&Bers to Silver Fern Glamping in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, where the idyllic rural setting and luxury shepherd huts prove popular - but that's nothing compared to how much everyone loves Lily and Lupin, the glampsite's resident miniature donkeys.
Fritha and Justin host the final visit of the week at Northop Hall Country House Hotel in Mold, Flintshire. While first impressions are positive, things get frosty over drinks.
The hoteliers face off one last time as they discuss the feedback they gave one another, before finding out how much each of them paid for their rooms - and revealing who has won.
The week kicks off at the Three Horseshoes in Norfolk, where married couple Fiona and Michael hope to gallop to victory with the homely vibes at their traditional country pub. But someone's shower leaves them feeling dour, and a used toilet brush could prove one hurdle too many.
Carl and Liz invite their fellow B&Bers to their Cambridgeshire coaching inn, the Red House. The converted stable bedrooms leave the guests with positive first impressions - until one pair give their drawers a good dusting down.
The rivals stay the night at Barbara and Elizabeth's Holly Lodge Boutique B&B in Norfolk. Grout doubts in the bathroom get things off to a bad start but the hosts dance into the good books with an afternoon soundtracked by an old Wurlitzer organ.
The week's final visit is to Helen and Carl's self-catering glampsite, Peacock Lake, in Nottinghamshire. The hosts' feedback has ruffled plenty of feathers throughout the week, so their guests' expectations are sky-high, and lavatory letdowns and smelly bedding don't make for happy glampers.
With cleanliness being the buzz word of the week, almost all of the hosts are unhappy about their less-than sparkling scores and there's suspicions that some of the hoteliers have been playing dirty.
