The world's premier kickboxing league, "GLORY" World Series maintains six different weight classes and utilizes a year-long tournament format series, comprised of both 8-man 'Slam' and 16-man 'Grand Slam,' one-night, single-elimination tournaments that test the physical and mental fortitude of their competitors. Glory 25: Milan is an upcoming kickboxing event to be held on November 6, 2015 at the PalaIper in Monza, Italy. This event will feature a title fight for the Glory Lightweight Championship between Robin van Roosmalen andSitthichai Sitsongpeenong as headliner, a fight between Giorgio Petrosyan and Josh Jauncey as co-headliner, and a title fight for the Glory Featherweight Championship between Gabriel Varga and Sergey Adamchuk in superfight series.
This event will also feature a 4-Man Welterweight Contender Tournament to earn a shot at the Glory Welterweight Championship.
Glory 26:Amsterdam is an upcoming kickboxing event to be held on December 4, 2015 at the Amsterdam RAI inAmsterdam,Netherlands. This event will feature a titlefight for the Glory HeavyweightChampionship between Rico Verhoeven and Benjamin Adegbuyias headliner, and a titlefight for the Glory WelterweightChampionship between Nieky Holzken and TBA as co-headliner. Thisevent will also feature a 4-Man Featherweight ContenderTournament to earn ashot at the Glory FeatherweightChampionship.
Glory 34 is headlined by a huge rematch from one of the best kickboxing fights of 2015, as Welterweight champion Nieky Holzken again takes on Murthel Groenhart. Holzken is one of the very best fighters in the sport today, and has looked tremendous in Glory, but Groenhart gave him all he could handle a year ago. Many felt Groenhart should have won that decision - he has a chance to take the win he feels belongs to him here. The show also features a quality co-main event, as former Middleweight champion Simon Marcus makes his return from losing the belt, rematching the tough Dustin Jacoby. Rounding out the main card is a Middleweight contender tournament. On the Superfight Series, you have former Lightweight king Robin van Roosmalen dropping down to challenge Gabriel Varga for Varga's Featherweight title, plus the much-anticipated Glory debut of Thongchai Sitsongpeenong, teammate to Lightweight champ Sittichai.
