Troj lies to Ludo when he asks him how far along he is with his speech for Nola's birthday. Shanti puts on a brave face when Nina mentions that caring for a family member is tough and refuses Billy's help. Bing wants nothing more to do with Vesper and loses his temper. Janine gets worried when she stumbles upon a photo of Nina and Rex. What is going on between those two?
It's Nola's birthday, and Troj and her friends surprise her. Bing gets frustrated when Vesper confronts him about his behavior. Stefano has discovered that La Stradina is registered solely in Marwan's name and sets out to investigate with Ludo. How will Elisa, who is trying to take her mind off Stefano, react to Rex, who is flirting with her?
Janine becomes convinced that Nina is involved with Rex when she hears from Linda that there was a woman on his boat. For Demi, enough is enough: Marwan misbehaves at Nola's party and attacks Ruben. Nina shouts over her fear that Bing doesn't want her back. Henk becomes worried when Elly decides it's better for Julian's health if they leave the Verduyn household.
Demi is startled when someone from the Family Welfare Foundation sent by Marwan shows up at her door. Bing forces a conversation with the HR manager and apologizes to Vesper. Will this approach work? Rik is being cared for at home by Shanti. She doesn't realize that he isn't happy about it. Elisa manages to get Stefano to admit that he suspects she's involved with Rex.
Stefano is hatching a plan to undermine Marwan's success with the Stradina beans. Billy confesses to Elly that she had a nightmare about Rik. Does she regret it? Ruben confronts Marwan about his misconduct. Will he manage to have a conversation with his housemates? Noor finds it hard not to keep an eye on Julian all day long because she's worried about his high blood pressure.
Demi gets confused when she shares an intimate moment with Troj. Everyone at the hospital is anxiously waiting for news about Julian. Bing is shocked to learn that Vesper has requested a transfer. Does Troj ruin things for Nola when he stands up for her during a business meeting?
Henk takes Linda and Luuk by surprise: he decides not to go through with the sale and moves back home. Nina tries to reconnect with Bing. Does Janine realize what Nina is up to? Julian confides in Rik about the real reason for his stress. Shanti is struggling with her worries and finds comfort in Rex.
