Cameras follow events at two West Country holiday camps - Tencreek in Looe, Cornwall, and Holiday Resort Unity near Weston-super-Mare.
At Holiday Resort Unity in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset, wardens Gill and Steve discover a blocked drain that is spilling sewage, so it's a race against time to stem the tide before it leads to some very unhappy campers. At Crealy Theme Park and Resort in Devon, Dan decides new reception manager Emily should test one of the park's most popular rides.
The return of the documentary following life at caravan parks and campsites across south-west England, with staff preparing for the first arrivals of the summer season. At Holiday Resort Unity in Brean, Somerset, efforts are hampered when a severe weather warning is issued as temperatures threatening to hit 35C, while in Looe, Cornwall, general manager Rob has entered Tencreek Holiday Park in the prestigious Loo of the Year competition.
In Cornwal, Tencreek Park manager Rob facies a problem when there is no power to the kitchen, meaning breakfast for the campers is in danger if the problem is not solved quickly. At Holiday Resort Unity in Somerset, head of entertainment Chunkie Russell is doing his best to get his team ready for bingo night, while newcomer Millie has been called in to play the pivotal role of the Mummy in the children's entertainment perfromance at Welcome Family in Dawlish.
With summer in swing, food manager Steve launches a new menu at Tencreek. But when he's called away, the kitchen is left short-handed and complaints begin to stack up.
It's summer in the West Country and happy campers are arriving from far and wide to enjoy a Great British holiday. But in Somerset, guests at Holiday Resort Unity could be in for a big shock when a problem with the swimming pool is discovered - the lining has been damaged and it's a job too big for the maintenance team to fix. They call in a team of scuba divers, more used to working on oil rigs, to try and complete the renovation. But they need to do it overnight, or else they're going to have to close the pool, upsetting thousands of guests. Can the scuba team fix it in time?
At Crealy Theme Park and Resort in Devon, new Entertainment Team Leader Boston is trying to impress his boss, Graham. He's taken over directing the kids' pirate-themed variety show, but after a lacklustre performance leaves the audience unimpressed, he knows he's got a long way to go. Graham gives Boston another chance to impress, taking charge of the table tennis competition. Can Boston turn things around and prove himself and his ping pong credentials?
Back at Unity Holiday Resort, Head of Entertainment Chunkie Russell has brought one his favourite acts - Robin, who performs as a tribute to Michael Jackson. The act requires a complicated music and lighting set up, but on the night, the stage lights go dark. Can Chunkie fix the stage, and the performance, for the impatient audience?
In Looe, Cornwall, at the Tencreek Holiday Park, housekeeper Pixie and maintenance man Dion have a shock when they encounter a "trashed van" – a static caravan that's been left in a serious state of disrepair. With new campers already on their way, the team face a race against a time to get the sofas repaired and the floors and worktops spotless.
At Crealy Theme Park & Resort in Devon, it's one of the busiest check-in days of the summer and newly-promoted rides manager Dan is forced to roll up his sleeves and join the housekeeping team to help them prepare the lodges for the new arrivals. But will his efforts with a mop and bucket prove to be up to standard?
At Holiday Resort Unity in Somerset, head of food and beverage, James, wants to launch a new café, targeted at a very select clientele – dogs! But will the challenge of designing a canine-friendly menu mean that James's bitten off more than he can chew?
Back in Cornwall, new head of entertainment Sean's plans for a bingo extravaganza hit the buffers when one of his speakers breaks down, and with a packed crowd expecting an eyes-down-for-a-full house, he needs to come up with a plan fast.
And in Devon, at Welcome Family Holiday Park, entertainment veteran Mark has to come to terms with the declining powers of his voice. Unable to sing the powerful high notes, he's having to pass on the responsibility to the next generation. But can they step up to perform in the all-important Elton John tribute act?
