In the searing heat of New Mexico, Gordon Ramsay checks in to the Meson De Mesilla, a place that looks more like a penitentiary than a luxury boutique hotel. On arrival, he is asked to sign a waiver to promise he won't damage the walls, and things go quickly downhill from there. He meets the hotel's owner, Cali Szczawinski, and soon discovers that she's more interested in singing than managing the hotel - a lot more interested. In fact, she seems to think she's Cher. Ramsay wishes he could turn back time, and reroute his flight to anywhere other than Las Cruces. Can he get this owner to focus more on running her hotel and keeping up his changes and less on her performances? Find out.

Gordon Ramsay heads east to the Four Seasons Inn in Vermont. Find out if Ramsay can transform the dismal dog kennel and inn before it has to be put down for good.
Gordon Ramsay heads to the quaint town of Woodbury, Connecticut, to the state's oldest inn, The Curtis House. With little upkeep, it is no surprise to Ramsay that he is the only guest at the inn. Find out if Ramsay can patch up their relationship and save this historic establishment.
Gordon Ramsay heads to Northern California where he is captivated by the beautiful vineyards of the Sierra Nevada Foothills and the town's most historic building, Murphy's Hotel. He's quickly learns that the 200 year old landmark has become an attraction for a crowd where all night partying kept guests from actually sleeping. Find out if Gordon can keep the owners, Kevin, Joel, and Brian, focused on the guests' experience or if they'll let their historic hotel turn into a thing of the past.
