Location, Location, Location returns for a brand new series. This time Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit the Great British seaside in Kent, with two sets of buyers. Kirstie is searching for a home for a family of six, who had the perfect property but lost it due to a clerical error. Phil helps a family from London as they search for an idyllic seaside lifestyle. They need room for two teenage daughters, a pug and a cat; not to mention a collection of bikes.
The new series continues with Phil and Kirstie searching across three counties. Kirstie's with first time buyers Louise and Johnny who would love a family-friendly pad so they can start on their next generation, but buying in popular Weybridge requires deep pockets and nerves of steel. The couple need Kirstie's help with this big leap onto the property ladder. Meanwhile, Phil's with a semi-retired mum and her son. Ros and Alex want a house in the country to suit two generations, but their differing needs have been a struggle to combine. Alex wants a weekend retreat from his London city job and Ros wants somewhere to garden, cook and be close to her rock choir. It's up to Phil to find two houses under one roof.
This time, Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are in and around Bristol. Kirstie's with Craig and Rich, who've been looking for a home to start a family in for over a year, but without success. And Phil's helping Laura and Linda, a mother and daughter looking for a sound investment for the whole family.
