The group heads to Jamaica, but travel issues threaten to upend the trip before it even starts; Damon admits his true feelings about Dr. Heavenly's political campaign; concerns over Toya's Med Gala planning lead to a major confrontation.
Toya hosts night two in Jamaica and dinner quickly takes a turn, with games that test marriages and expose relationships. Dr. Heavenly and the ladies clash with Toya over the Med Gala, sparking a heated exchange.
On the final night in Jamaica, tensions run high when Dr. Eugene surprises the guys with a therapist. Dr. Mimi opens up to the ladies, while Curtis stirs the pot with King. Back in Atlanta, Quad and King's relationship approaches a breaking point.
Dr. Simone's family has a dinner do-over. The Med Gala arrives and the ladies unleash their opinions. Dr. Steve and Dr. Mimi arrive with no tickets to enter, leading to a confrontation with Dr. Eugene and Toya that puts their friendship on the line.
The women address topics such as secrets about each other's marriages, their exes, and fractured friendships.
