40 bottles a day, 420 diapers a week and feedings every three hours became the new normal for Danielle and Adam Busby when they welcomed home the only all-female set of quintuplets in the country. The series captures Danielle, Adam and their adorable 4-year-old daughter Blayke as they adjust to their new life, while trying to hold on to the identities and lives they had cultivated before the five new additions arrived. Adam and Danielle have their hands full chasing after their 15-month-old quintuplets; a doctor recommends an extreme medical procedure for one of the girls, forcing the Busbys to make a difficult decision
The Busbys take a road trip to Lake Charles to help Mimi with her garage sale, and Danielle learns some shocking news; Danielle and Adam wrestle with the decision to allow Hazel to have a risky eye surgery.
Hazel undergoes eye surgery, causing Adam and Danielle to wait anxiously for the results; Blayke prepares for kindergarten and Mimi officially moves in.
When Danielle catches the flu, Mimi struggles to take care of 5 babies on her own. Adam plans a 10-year anniversary surprise for Danielle. Later, when Danielle gives a speech for the hospital, she faces the painful past of having premature babies.
Danielle and Adam explore sending the quints to nursery school, but when one of the them isn't allowed to go, the Busbys face the difficult decision of splitting the girls up. As for Mimi, living under the Busby roof has begun to take a serious toll.
After Danielle confronts Adam about his money spending ways, they realize they need to make some tough choices to provide for their girls; the family puts more effort into Hazel's walking so she can join her sisters in pre-school.
The Busbys look forward to the Quints' first trick-or-treat outing, but first, they must race to find costumes, shop for pumpkins and get the new house ready for a Halloween party.
It's the quints' first family vacation, but with five toddlers running wild, it may feel more like work for Adam and Danielle; Adam struggles to tell his brother-in-law, and boss, about his new business.
Adam and Danielle decide to host twenty people for Thanksgiving, but soon realize they have bitten off more than they can chew; Hazel has a major breakthrough; Adam and Danielle push Mimi to consider living in an apartment.
When a talk show asks the Busbys to make a live TV appearance in New York, the family heads to the Big Apple. But traveling with 6 kids is as difficult as it sounds! And a last-minute trip to the doctor has Danielle and Adam concerned about Hazel.
