But now, at age 45, Scott has hit his mid-life crisis, wondering why he's 45 and still hasn't settled down in a meaningful, stable relationship.

With no other options, Scott will dedicate eight weeks of his life to a life-coach who will lead a soul-searching mission in order to find the root of his inability to commit. Each episode, Scott will confront a part of his past and with the help of his longtime friends, he will sort through this past and undergo life altering changes, such as abstinence, in order to finally be able to commit to a solid relationship.
