Like a phoenix from the ashes, they will be reborn as sexy, silver-haired, wizard women! Or at least wiser, less sweaty versions of themselves...
The Podcast Folks try to navigate the new office hierarchy helmed by their new boss, Amanda King. Julie's surprised this includes being on camera and Kris's perimenopause anxiety is overwhelming.
It's Health Week and everyone's competing to win. Evan sways Kris to try a menopause supplement that will help with her anxiety, and Julie tries to manage her own symptoms with diet and exercise.
Julie hits her limit for ads she's willing to do on the show, and Oliver's class comes for a tour. Kris tries to do all her menopause appointments in a day, and a vacancy in her apartment opens.
The office celebrates Kris and Julie's show reaching 100K subscribers, but Kris's mental health isn't great. Julie's happy her HRT is working, and Robyn meets a friend who could fix their work woes.
Amanda sways Kris and Julie to do a workshop. Kris forces herself to take a positive outlook on life while Julie learns to let go. And Robyn makes a discovery about the podcast Amanda just greenlit.
The podcasters are heading to Cast Con! Kris is spiralling into new levels of anxiety and depression but must get Julie on board with a brand deal. Robyn has cold feet about their big Cast Con news.
Kris and Julie's podcast embrace the business model Amanda's worked tirelessly to secure. Amanda encourages Julie to seize what's coming her way, as Kris struggles with the guilt of what she's done.
