When Bobby Flay isn't cooking in one of his restaurants, he is known for hosting some of the best weekend gatherings, cooking and feeding friends who may be visiting for few days or just stopping by to say hello. This September, Bobby opens his home to viewers and, along with his friend Damaris Phillips, the two cook together and chat up a storm in the new series The Bobby and Damaris Show.
There's no meal Bobby Flay looks forward to more than Thanksgiving dinner, so he's invited Damaris Phillips over to help prepare for the big day. They sip a seasonal Cranberry Orange Mule cocktail and talk about their favorite Thanksgiving memories. When it's time to test out some recipes, Bobby fries a turkey breast and makes some Yukon Gold Colcannon with Sautéed Kale, Cabbage and Bacon Butter. Damaris bakes Cashew Coconut Dinner Rolls for the feast, and you'll be thankful for her Smokey Pumpkin Creme Brûlée.
Bobby Flay and Damaris Phillips are throwing a Southern-style cocktail party! They share their tips for entertaining while sampling their go-to party snacks including Bobby's mixed nuts and Damaris' Salted Caramel Dipped Marshmallows. Southern gal Katie Lee shows up to the party with her delicious Deviled Eggs with Pickled Shrimp and Remoulade. Bobby makes Fried Green Tomato Sliders with Goat Cheese Mayo and Tomatillo-Bacon Relish, and Damaris busts out her Pimento Cheese Three Ways. Finally, they wash it all down with Bourbon Blackberry Chai Cocktails.
'Tis the season for delicious food! Bobby Flay and Damaris Phillips get in the spirit with Baklava and Christmas Punch while they reminisce about holiday traditions and memories. Then they cook up some incredible holiday dishes, including Bobby's Spicy Lobster with Fettuccini and Anchovy Bread Crumbs. Damaris adds her Seared Acorn Squash with Tahini to the menu as well as her Roasted Green Beans.
