Stuck in the same job for ten years, Drew performs a balancing act between sucking up to his boss and doing his best to irritate his annoying co-worker, Mimi. When he's not at work, he's trying to have some success in the romance department and indulging in a few of his own beers he brews in his garage with his friends.
Drew discovers a conspiracy against him after several mishaps at work.
Drew enjoys playing with his rock band so much that he neglects his day job. Kate makes a big decision!
Drew changes his appearance for the rock band. When cocaine is found in the men's room, Wick orders Drew to collect urine samples from all the employees.
Larry fills in for Mr Wick while he's in rehab. Drew has to decide between his job at Winfred Louder and the rock band.
Oswald's mom loses her savings so he agrees to a clinical trial to have breast implants for DrugCo. Drew starts some online flirting with surprising results.

All three of the guys vie for the chance to take Tracy to an upcoming wedding, the winner officially being declared in a relationship with her. Drew and Oswald both unknowingly pull the same dirty trick on Lewis, which gets him sent to the hospital. The two of them decide to call a truce and let Lewis get the girl. Oswald succeeds in getting Tracy to reject him but Drew underhandedly stabs both his friends in the back in hopes of winning Tracy's affection.
Lewis is excited to be in line for a promotion to head of the janitorial department at Drug Co. Drew is upset when he finds his dog Speedy is developing cataracts. Lewis gets Speedy into an experimental treatment program but the process takes at least a week to complete. Lewis is elated when he gains the promotion but is dismayed when his boss denies ever seeing Drew's dog. Lewis decides to risk his new job by sneaking the gang into Drug Co. to rescue Speedy.
Drew freaks out when he catches Steve and Mimi kissing.
Drew believes his mother had an affair with his barber.
Sharon is dejected after being dumped by her boyfriend and plans on drowning her sorrows at the Warsaw. Once closing time rolls around, Drew invites Sharon over for one more beer at his place and promises to be a gentleman. Suddenly, Sharon jumps him and Drew is thrilled at the prospect of starting a relationship with her again. But when Drew tries to make a follow-up date with her, Sharon tells him she's only interested in sex.
Someone plays a prank on Drew at a retailers' convention. Oswald has a new job that involves dealing with dissatisfied customers.
Drew and Mimi work together to run a scam operation at the Bowling Alley.
Drew gets Sharon to fix the roof of Mrs Harvey's beauty salon but the roof blows off in a storm.
Drew learns that one of Winfred-Louder's owners wants to demolish the store and build a parking lot. The only one to still have a job will be Drew.
