A handful of companies now have permanent work from home policies after being forced to move employees off-site to maintain physical distancing amid the COVID-19 pandemic. But this policy may come at a cost, as the demand for software that can monitor employees' productivity increases. Should bosses be allowed to spy? With dozens of COVID-19 vaccine candidates in development around the world, a massive challenge looms on the horizon: deciding who gets access to a successful vaccine first, and whether countries can produce enough for everyone. Most countries, including Canada, are banking on global co-operation.
