UK's Strongest Man is back! Staged over 3 days, its regarded as the hardest Strongman competition in the world! Sixteen of the nation's best strongmen descend on the amazing Stadium MK in Milton Keynes in a bid to win the title. Wales's Gavin Bilton is reigning champion, but with former UK Champion Pa O'Dwyer and Scottish Giant Andy Black in the star-studded line up, it's anyone's title to win. Three days of unbelievably heavy events await them, including The Truck Push, Car Roll Stairs and everyone's favourite, The Atlas Stones.
The contestants face the Husafell Stone and the Dead Lift.
The athletes are tested by the Duck Walk and Anchor Drag.
Tests include Super Yoke, Car Roll and Log Lift Challenge.
Challenges include Truck Push and the Stones of Strength.
