Ibuki Mitsuishi, a student at Meishin University's Department of Veterinary Medicine, is actually an alien. Having lost his home planet, he came to Earth all by himself. While enjoying peaceful days immersing himself in Earth's culture, a meteorite suddenly crashes down. Amidst the chaos of the panicked crowds, Ibuki's world is turned upside down once again! 

After encountering the Mini Kaiju, Ibuki rushes around the university looking for a place to hide it. Meanwhile, Kyoko Shiga, an investigator from the mysterious organization UTTF, begins to take action against the kaiju threat and contacts Professor Minobe of Meishin University.

Ibuki breathes a sigh of relief upon finally finding a hiding place for the Mini Kaiju—but his relief is short-lived as a welcome party for his joining of the Astronomy Club suddenly begins!?

Tossed around by two fierce kaiju, Teo completely exhausts his energy... To make matters worse, the kaiju are now marching straight toward Meishin University!? As chaos spreads, the Mini Kaiju goes missing! With the members of the Astronomy Club (including Ibuki), Minobe, Kyoko, and even the kaiju drawn into the mix, their various motives intertwine as a desperate crisis closes in on the Mini Kaiju! 

Emma suggests that the Astronomy Club should take care of the Mini Kaiju, now named Pucchi. However, Ibuki proposes sending Pucchi back to its home planet using the Space Pod found in the mountains where they first met. Meanwhile, Professor Minobe is planning a workshop in those very same mountains, risking Pucchi's existence being discovered by the public! Ibuki participates in the workshop, where he spots Kanna, a fellow member of the Astronomy Club. 

Kanna investigates the Space Pod. Joined by Ibuki and Emma, they begin to decipher its mechanics.

Behind the scenes, Kanna's precious keychain goes missing!

As UTTF investigator Kyoko and Professor Minobe close in on the secret of the space pod, Doshihagachi appears once again!

Can Ibuki stop Doshihagachi!? And what will become of Kanna's keychain!?

Ibuki and the others are shaken to learn that Kyoko, whom they encountered during the Space Pod incident, is actually with the UTTF.

To protect Pucchi from the UTTF, Emma declares that they must relocate Pucchi. Meanwhile, learning that Tomabechi is swamped with taking care of cats, Ibuki offers to help.

Just then, a bird kaiju appears, and danger closes in on Tomabechi and the cats!

The members of the Astronomy Club manage to narrowly escape danger, but something seems off with Emma...? Meanwhile, Ibuki and Tomabechi accidentally find a clue regarding the origin of the bird kaiju, Vermilios, and begin searching for its source—only to discover an unbelievable truth at the end of their trail! To stop the destruction caused by Vermilios, Bechi rushes into action!! 

The powerful "Electric Beast" Volthog emerges! Teo manages to repel the kaiju after a desperate struggle, but it turns out to be a staged experiment orchestrated by the UTTF.

Amidst all this, Ibuki finds Rintaro's Letter of Resignation in the clubroom!? To make matters more complicated, the two end up paired together for guinea pig care duty...

As the reappeared Volthog marches forward, Ibuki and Rintaro find themselves trapped inside an elevator!

At Ibuki's request, the Astronomy Club and Pucchi head out on a Training Camp. While everyone is happily preparing for the camp, Ibuki is asked about his life before coming to Meishin University, triggering memories of his long-lost home planet.

Just as Ibuki becomes overwhelmed with emotion, signs of another giant-sized transformation suddenly begin to manifest in Pucchi right beside him…!

And then, Pucchi and the others witness an astonishing sight!?
