Two teams of amateur collectors have an hour at an antiques fair in which to acquire the best bargains possible with £300.
Eric Knowles presents from the East of England Showground in Peterborough, with experts Charles Hanson and Tim Weeks. The teams do battle around the stalls, hoping to bag a bargain and make a profit at auction. There are plenty of highs and lows in the saleroom, and Eric pays a visit to the International Bomber Command Digital Archive in Lincoln.
Charlie Ross presents from an antiques fair at Wetherby Racecourse. Experts Paul Laidlaw and Philip Serrell are helping the reds and blues to hopefully make a profit at auction in Darlington. Charlie shows us a special stick that was used on Sundays.
Bargain Hunt comes from the Detling International Antiques and Collectors Fair in the county of Kent. Providing the reds and blues a helping hand are experts John Cameron and Nick Hall, but which team will be on top after the auction in Canterbury with auctioneer Cliona Kilroy? Charlie Ross oversees proceedings and finds time to learn about the fascinating marketing history of the Fremlins Brewery in Maidstone.
