Ten celebrities, including Ollie Locke, Dom Joly and Karen Danczuk, arrive on the deserted island. But after three days without food, Dr. Dawn Harper's worried about everyone's wellbeing.

The celebrities now have fire and water, but after four gruelling days, they still haven't eaten a single proper meal, and rugby ace Thom Evans is struggling. The Hotel's Mark Jenkins is outraged when he finds their president Dom Joly taking a nap, while the others are busy hunting. To add to the islanders' woes, a nasty fishing accident leaves TOWIE's Lydia Bright in excruciating pain. Mark finally decides to take action, launching a coup against Dom's lacklustre leadership. But will it be in time to save Thom?

His big plan is to get the islanders hunting for turkeys. But Mark's management style puts him at odds with the others, especially former Labour councillor Karen Danczuk. Following an attack of sand flies, a rift emerges, fuelling Karen's own leadership ambitions. As the infighting escalates, so does the group's growing sense of desperation.
