S06E01 - Brussels Air Date: 02 April 2018 19:30 -

Sorry, but right now we don't have any sources for this episode.

Richard Ayoade returns to provide much needed guidance and inspiration to would-be mini-breakers. This time, Richard is joined by comedian Lee Mack for a funny, yet surprisingly informative, 48 hours in Brussels - featuring culture, comics, pralines, puppets and attractions both large and small, including the Grand Place and the famous atom-shaped Atomium. There's also waffles, mussels - including Moules Genghis Khan - and the secrets of chocolate making.

S06E02 - Oslo Air Date: 09 April 2018 19:30 -

Sorry, but right now we don't have any sources for this episode.

Richard is joined by actor Fay Ripley for a wintry mini-break in Oslo. Together they pack two days with sledging, screaming, skiing, sculpture and scoff. And despite being a proud half Norwegian, Richard manages to muster a scintilla of objectivity. Richard leads Fay to Oslo's hippest hotel The Thief, home to an art collection that includes works by Warhol, Hirst, and Koons as well as a Bryan Ferry-themed dining room. With the mercury hitting -12, they decide to check out the winter sports options. First they take the Metro to the Korktrekkeren. Built as a bobsleigh track for the 1952 Winter Olympics, it's now Oslo's most popular toboggan run, where riders can hit speeds of 25 miles an hour.

S06E03 - Madeira Air Date: 16 April 2018 19:30 -

Sorry, but right now we don't have any sources for this episode.

Richard Ayoade is joined by comic actor and writer Robert Webb - the destination Madeira. Together they seek to discover more than the Portuguese island's eponymous wine and cake, although both are sampled along the way. With bags dropped at Funchal's wine-themed hotel The Vine, they board a vintage bus for the Old Timer tour which chugs past numerous city sights including the islet of Pontinha, whose owner has claimed independence from Portugal. Madeira is famed for its bananas and for the culinary bravado of combining them with fish. Richard and Robert sample the scary-looking Black Scabbard fish with banana at a remote sea front restaurant, reached only by sea or cable car.

S06E04 - Côte d'Azur Air Date: 23 April 2018 19:30 -

Sorry, but right now we don't have any sources for this episode.

Richard Ayoade is joined by comedian Shazia Mirza for a fancy two day detour on the Côte d'Azur, in the south of France. In Nice they hire a three-wheeled 'Nice Car' for a scenic tour of the city. They also scope out Cap Ferrat, blue art, fancy yachts, and a grotto in Monaco. Later, there's a pricey helicopter ride and a trip to the casino - in a bid to win back the budget overspend on the helicopter.

S06E05 - Hong Kong Air Date: 26 December 2017 20:00 -

Sorry, but right now we don't have any sources for this episode.

In an hour-long Christmas extravaganza, Richard Ayoade is joined by Hollywood phenomenon Jon Hamm, star of Mad Men, for a Yuletide yomp around Hong Kong - the most visited and most vertical city on the planet. They join the other 26.7 million tourists, as they gorge themselves on questionable foodstuffs, traditional transportation and the world's largest seated Buddha statue. Having already flown half way across the world, they immediately take to the air again for a bird's eye view by helicopter. They crash at the Peninsula Hotel for some colonial opulence; and take a ride on the world's steepest funicular. There's a visit to the tailor; a tai chi drop-in session; and some street food specials, including pig's fallopian tube, duck tongue skewers, and fusion dim sum. The weary travellers also get a foot massage and have their fortunes read.
