Good Spirits follows cocktail chef Matthew Biancaniello as he sails the world on the company's different cruise lines in search of extraordinary everyday people to share the stories of spirits. During his cocktail adventures, Biancaniello will also collect farm fresh, native ingredients to inspire one-of-a-kind drink creations.
Matthew heads to the "Jewel of the Atlantic'' off the coast of Portugal. He crafts his own version of the local favorite, Poncha, by blending and infusing ingredients.
Matthew cruises to beautiful Dominican Republic where he discovers the three C's: coconuts, coffee, and cigars. He uses his newly gained knowledge to create a wonderful spin on the Coco Loco.
Matthew is in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand and Thai culture. Inspired by vibrant local ingredients, he creates his own version of the national cocktail, the "Siam Sunray".
Matthew journeys to the Caribbean where he explores one of the most sought-after islands in the world, St. Lucia. He witnesses cultures colliding and uses his newfound knowledge to put a twist on a Rum Punch.
Matthew cruises to the rich cultural paradise of Barcelona and takes in the art, vineyards, and classic food. He is so inspired, he invents his own cocktail creation, "The Heart of Catalonia.''
Matthew docks in Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay. He uses the native South American ingredients to put his spin on the classic Bloody Mary.
Matthew disembarks in the swashbuckling coastal city of Cartagena, Colombia. He discovers the romantic past of the city, as well as its lush native flavors and creates his newest cocktail, "The Pirate's Soul.''
Matthew heads 40 miles off the coast of Venezuela to "the island of healing,'' Curacao. He tries new things, like Blue Curacao, and even iguana stew. Then, he uses the finest local ingredients to create "The Desert Garden.''
