A commercial and residential building in Beeston in Nottinghamshire, a four-storey house in East Dulwich in London and a flat in Godalming in Surrey are all given high-end makeovers. A 1930s semi in Hatfield in Hertforshire packed with original features, a flat in Croydon and a workshop and land in Heanor in Derbyshire are sold at auction. Martin, Lucy and Dion meet the owners and hear their plans to make some money from their bricks and mortar.
A mum and dad buy a piece of land in Stevenage in Hertfordshire in the hope of developing a pair of houses for their children, a couple who buy a top-floor flat in Motherwell in Scotland want to make a profit on the rent, and two young brothers buy a run-down house in South Normanton, Derbyshire, to add to a large property portfolio. All the properties were sold at auction, and Martin, Lucy and Dion meet the new owners to hear their plans.
A bungalow in Langton Green in Kent is given a high-end refurbishment and extension, a father-and-son team cleverly refigure the existing space in a terraced house in Stoke-on-Trent, and two lifelong friends have high hopes for a piece of land they buy behind a house they already own in Northwood in Middlesex. Martin, Lucy and Dion have a look round the property development sites and hear how the new owners hope to make some money.
A 1930s semi in Leamington Spa in Warwickshire, a terraced hose in London's Plumstead and a workshop on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent are all sold under the hammer. Martin Roberts, Lucy Alexander and Dion Dublin hear about the plans for the three properties, which range from a first home, a high-end rental property and an ambitious new development.
Martin Roberts catches up on ambitious plans to redevelop the site of a former school in Ebbw Vale in Wales, while Dion Dublin talks to a first-time developer planning to extend up and out at a semi in Bloxwich in the West Midlands. And Lucy Alexander meets a developer wanting to convert a Grade II listed building in Milton Regis in Kent into two homes.
