Martin Roberts, Martel Maxwell and Dion Dublin uncover the various tricks of the property auction trade.
Martin is in the Kent seaside town of Margate to look at a small flat with a great view. Martel visits a former police station in the Lancashire town of Carnforth, and Dion is just outside Chesterfield to see a property that was of non-standard construction.
Martel is in Bilston, West Midlands, to see a semi-detached house as well as in Chatham, Kent, looking at a mid-terrace over three floors. Martin is in Wales to see a derelict bungalow that turned into a four-year project.
Martin Roberts revists an old church in Denby, Derbyshire, which was being redeveleloped into a family home in 2007. Martel Maxwell looks at a one-bed flat in Milton Regis, Kent.
We go back to check the progress of a fascinating and rather unusual development in Capel-le-Ferne in Kent that Lucy first saw back in 2009. Martin is in Liverpool visiting a mid-terrace house, and Dion is at a characterful cottage in Plaistow, London.
