Two flats with quirky layouts in Stoke, a large house in Kent and a bijoux Grade II-listed terrace in Hebden Bridge are sold at auction. Martin, Dion and Martel meet the new owners and follow their progress as they transform their lots into great homes for the resale, renting and holiday-let markets.
Two houses in Worksop and Wakefield are bought at auction by developers who plan to rent them out, Meanwhile in Dewsbury, a midwife and her builder husband buy a house that has not been lived in for a decade but which they have big plans for to create their forever home for them and their four children.
A couple of end terraces in Preston and Mid-Glamorgan and a semi-detached in Newcastle are sold under the hammer. Martin and Martel meet the new owners who are ready to tackle the projects with the aim of making a profit on their investments.
Dion, Martel and Tommy follow an impressive project to create four brand new houses in Alcester in Warwickshire, as well as developments to transform terraced houses in Little Hulton in Manchester and Norwich in Norfolk.
A house in Hednesford in Staffordshire, and two retail spaces in Norwich and Weymouth are bought at online auctions by developers who all see the bricks and mortar as investments. All three projects take longer, or cost more than originally planned, but the investors reckon they will still turn a profit.
All three developers, both experienced and first-timers, deliver great transformations on their investments in Alfreton in Derbyshire, Brightlingsea in Essex and Maidstone in Kent. Dion, Jacqui and Tommy follow their progress.
