Arctic storms produce the lowest temperatures in ten years. But the heroes of the winter road can not be stopped by minus 30 degrees, and they risk their lives to save drivers in need. Thord and Bjørn face unexpected threats and old rivals. In Overhalla, Jo Roger returns from injury, and he wants to show that he is still the king of the north.

Bjoern has to join forces with a rival company to rescue a truck that crashed into a cliff face, and Thord struggles to get a flipped tractor back on its wheels. In the far North, Ole Henrik takes his girlfriend to rescue a truck stuck in a snow ditch - and it turns out to be their coldest date ever.

When an Arctic storm kicks off the coldest winter of a decade, Thord tries to rescue a truck blocking a blind bend but the driver ignores Thord's instructions and puts all their lives at risk. A blizzard causes chaos for Bjorn when a jackknifed truck blocks the road. And in the far north, a truck full of fish on a tight deadline crashes into a snowbank so rescue boss Jo Roger has to get it back on track.
