After some challenging months Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald are ready to look towards the future. Originally known as "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" now renamed Counting On, follows the oldest Duggar children as they begin to their life as adults and start families of their own. Jill and Derick Dillard return home from Central America and readjust to living in Arkansas. Jess and Ben eagerly await the arrival of their second child, while Jinger plans her wedding to her new fiance, Jeremy Vuolo. Joy Duggar also begins a courtship with her childhood friend, Austin Forsyth.
Jinger and some of her siblings help give Jeremy's bachelor pad a makeover; Derick, Jill and Israel get some surprising news at their family wellness check-up.
After weeks of wedding planning, Jinger and Jeremy celebrate with a bachelor and bachelorette weekend full of friends and family; Jessa and Ben find out the gender of their second baby; Derick returns to OSU to reprise his role as Pistol Pete.
Jinger packs for her move to Texas, which includes a surprise gift from her family, before she, Jeremy and Jed drive to her future home; the siblings take a trip down memory lane by remembering Jinger through the years.
Jinger and Jeremy have said ``I do,'' and finally get to enjoy some alone time in Australia for their honeymoon; back in Arkansas, another Duggar enters a courtship.
