unknown.
Just as His Highness's favored butterfly Reirin is beloved by the prince, jealous "court sewer rat" Keigetsu uses magic to swap their bodies—and their destinies. With a looming execution, Reirin embraces her new, healthy body, while Keigetsu learns Reirin's life isn't what it seems as she's pulled into an inner-court conspiracy.
Reirin hypothesizes there is a mastermind behind the harassment. She calls for Keigetsu through the flames, but Keigetsu is the one asking for help...
Reirin realizes that Kenshuu's agony is that of a curse, which gives her an understanding of Gabi's true objective. Reirin asks Gyoumei if she can borrow the Bow of Warding once more, but he will not heed her request. Unable to give up, Reirin heads over alone to see Keigetsu and have the swap cancelled. Right as she passes by Gyoumei, a certain image catches his eye...
Reirin and Keigetsu try to break the curse while Shin-u and the prince investigate it.
Prince Gyoumei attempts to make amends for his mistakes, and Noble Consort Shu is put on trial for her crimes.
