Dante Balestra is a philosophy professor who, after many years of absence, returns to Rome to take care of his son Simone. Fascinating and unconventional, the professor takes a class at the Leonardo Da Vinci high school where he applies his nonconformist teaching method and establishes a very special relationship with his students, including Simone himself.
Floriana, Anita and Dante find themselves living under the same roof and facing the inconveniences and embarrassments of this new situation. Inspired by Dante's words, Viola agrees to enroll at Leonardo Da Vinci high school. Summoned to the presidency, Simone is questioned about Ernesto's wounding; in the meantime, the latter's friends testified that shortly before the two had had a fight in the gym.

In prison, Molosso learns that his wife is cheating on him and tasks Mimmo with finding out who her lover is. Luna thinks her secret admirer is Rayan and kisses him, sparking Viola's jealousy. Floriana and Virginia talk about Dante's medical situation. In a moment of closeness, Mimmo surprises Simone.
