Next Episode of Chopped Junior is
The stakes will be big, but the competitors small as junior chefs ages 10 to 14 compete for a chance to earn the title of Chopped Junior Champion on the new series Chopped Junior, premiering Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 8|7c. They bring their unbridled energy, limitless talent and big personalities to the Chopped kitchen. Like in regular Chopped, $10,000 is on the line, but only one kid can win the monetary prize. In addition to the regular judges, renowned chefs and celebrities will take seats behind the judges' table, including Sam Kass, Sam Talbot, Michelle Bernstein, Martha Stewart, Laila Ali, Valerie Bertinelli, Mila Kunis and Hayden Panettiere.
Chef Amanda Freitag, YouTube star Harley Morenstein and actress Anika Noni Rose judge pizza-themed challenges; mushrooms and a creamy Italian sauce for the appetizer; challenging dough and more sauce in the entree round; cheese and wild fruit.
Chefs Daniel Churchill and Marcus Samuelsson and actress Allison Williams judge; an exciting twist on chicken and waffles in the appetizer basket; the entree round combines a sweet, tropical icing with pork; a coconut beverage for dessert.
Chef Scott Conant, model Ashley Graham and Food Network Star contestant Jernard Wells judge; a fancy boxed assortment in the appetizer round; chocolate with a stinky cheese for their entrees; for dessert, what looks like chocolate-covered bugs.

Three Chopped Junior Champions judge, as four regular Chopped judges -- Amanda Freitag, Alex Guarnaschelli, Marcus Samuelsson and Chris Santos -- compete for $25,000 for charity; cured fish roe in the appetizer basket.
A fun twist on a classic comfort food and pricey truffles in the appetizer round; large blue squash in Round 2; out-of-this-world lollipops and green fruit in the dessert round; journalist Michelle Park, chef Chris Santos and Ruben Studdard judge.
