But what happens when judges don't know if the meal was prepared by a home cook or a chef? Will perceptions change and critiques differ? That's where the series Cooks vs. Cons comes in.
Professional chefs and home cooks compete for cash in a high stakes burger battle; following a shocking elimination, the remaining competitors must cook their best dishes using tropical fruit.
Judges Graham Elliot and Daphne Oz are hoping that mac 'n' cheese will separate the pros from the home cooks.
